Our policies and procedures comply with ARHM requirements and the Private Retirement Housing Code of Practice for England.
We currently manage over 600 individual properties in developments throughout southern, eastern and south west England, including developments in the grounds of residential care homes and mixed developments of bungalows, cottages and apartments.
Many of our developments include scheme based staff such as resident and non-resident scheme managers, estate managers and concierges, along with facilities such as community lounges, guest suites, laundry facilities and library areas.
