About Broadleaf

Broadleaf moved to its current offices in Burley, in the New Forest National Park, in 1990 - the year the company was formed. The offices are situated above a shop now known as Shappens Stores, previously the site of the Forest Tea Rooms building.

Broadleaf was formed as a specialist retirement housing management company, offering a flexible, commercial approach tailored to each development's needs. Our policies and procedures comply with ARHM requirements and the Private Retirement Housing Code of Practice for England.

We currently manage over 600 individual properties across southern, eastern and south west England, including developments within the grounds of residential care homes and mixed developments of bungalows, cottages and apartments.
